Tools of the Heart

Available for Grade Bands K–1, 2–3 and 4–6

Our core SEL program for elementary students is an award-winning curriculum available as a self-guided digital course or with in-person interactive workshops.

Tools of the Heart helps young people identify, manage and express their feelings and needs, setting them up to have healthy relationships for the rest of their lives.

The course is differentiated by grade level to track with cognitive and emotional development so it can be expanded each year as students grow.

In Tools of the Heart, we use mindfulness and embodiment techniques, social engagement exercises, art activities and restorative practices to teach kids how to recognize and share their feelings in healthy ways.
